Refund and Returns Policy – Avafas

Welcome to Avafas! We want you to be delighted with every product you purchase. Since our items are custom-made and fulfilled through Printful, our return and refund policy addresses specific scenarios to ensure your satisfaction and maintain the highest quality.

1. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Change or Cancellation: Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours after purchase, as each item is made to order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Late Modification Requests: After the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to our custom production process.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Incorrect Items: If an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 14 days with your order details. We will confirm and send the correct item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects or errors. This includes:

Sizing Issues: Please consult our sizing charts before purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes.
Customer Preference: Returns based on preference (e.g., color, style) are not eligible as each item is printed on demand.

4. Refunds

Approved Refunds: If a return or replacement is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after confirmation.
Partial Refunds: For any partially resolved issues, such as minor defects, a partial refund may be issued based on the situation.
